The PetroClear model 40910P-AD is a particulate removing spin-on filter designed to remove particulate from neat gasoline, Ethanol blended gasolines, diesels, Biodiesel, ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel), kerosene and fuel oils.

The 40910P-AD utilizes a standard 1.5"-16 UNF mounting thread ref. (1" flow) required for most spin-on filter adapters used in aftermarket and/or high- ow applications, such as in Gilbarco, Wayne, Bennet, Tokheim and other major manu- facturers’ dispensers.

These filters are designed for particulate removal only and WILL NOT REACT TO WATER IN NEAT GASOLINE OR DETECT PHASE SEPARATION IN ETHANOL BLENDED GASOLINE TO SLOW FLOW.

The PetroClear model 40930W-AD is a particulate removing and water sensing spin-on filter designed to remove particulate and to sense both free and emulsified water from neat gasoline, diesel, Biodiesel, ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel), kerosene and fuel oils. Slow flow as an indicator of the presence of water in neat gasoline and diesel fuels. This filter will not sense nor react to water in Ethanol blended gasoline. (Reaction known as phase separation)
