The 82RV is designed to give thermal pressure relief to our 821 Series Solenoid Valve line. Made of all stainless steel construction with a Viton � seal, it is suitable for all petroleum products. The 82RV is precision set at the factory at 25 PSI (1.7 bar), and is field adjustable from 5 to 30 PSI (.34 to 2 bar).

Installed at the fill port of an aboveground storage tank. Used in a tight fill application, the valve terminates flow of product when the liquid level reaches a preset warning level (90-95% full). The valve is installed on a standard NPT male connection when used with the quick disconnect or female adapter.

• Adjustable float (1/2"): For setting the precise level of shutoff in the field and allowing it to be done using standard length pipe nipples

The 9095AA 2" series overfill prevention valve is designed to prevent overfilling storage tanks by providing a positive shut-off during a pressurized fill.

• Installs directly onto a 4” riser or top mounted spill container

The 9095SA Overfill Prevention Valve is installed at the fill port of a storage tank. Used in a pressurized tight fill application, the valve helps prevent tank overfills by closing when the liquid level reaches a pre-set warning level (90-95% full). The valve is installed on a standard 2" NPT male connection and has a built-in bleed hole that allows the fill hose pressure to be relieved after the valve closes. This bleed hole also provides anti-siphon protection for the valve.

• The valve design allows for a full flow fill until it closes.
• Designed for fuel not requiring a drop tube.
• A field adjustable float allows the installer to set the desired shut-off point. The vertical float allows for installation in openings in proximity to the tank walls.
• The valve shut-off length is field adjustable from 2 to 12 inches.
• A pressurized tight fill connection is required for operation

The Morrison stick port adapter is designed to facilitate the installation of a 2" overfill valve on a 4" tank opening and also allow the use of a standard gauge stick. It is manufactured with 2 openings one for the overfill valve and a second opening for the stick port.
